CBM has a rich history in the blow molding and packaging industries. CBM’s pedigree comes from a unique blend of two very different schools, one of technical excellence and the other of progressive marketing.
CBM was founded in 1994 and was a subsidiary of a former parent company that specialized in blow molding equipment sales, installation and parts. The evolution of the parent company led to the formation of what would become Custom Blow Molding, now better known as CBM. Over the years, CBM built a reputation for producing a consistent, high quality bottle and in the process became the gold standard for the liquid-fill Butrus bottle with a 38-430 neck. This holds true today and is one of the most widely recognized containers in the health and nutrition industries.
The current principals of CBM bring over a decade of Fortune 100 sales and marketing experience and nearly 30 years of ownership and tenure in packaging distribution. The leadership team has been directly involved in supporting the launch of numerous new products which are commercially successful in the marketplace today. Some of the better known products include the Aquafina 24oz Sport Bottle, the ProActive line by Guthy-Renker, and the Turbo shaker cup. In addition, several of the 110mm and 120mm wide-mouth containers you see in the market today were pioneered by one of the principals back in the early 1990’s.
CBM prides itself on openly sharing its knowledge and expertise with its customers to foster their success and forge long term partnerships.
