CBM's success depends largely on our ability to provide every customer with a consistent, high quality bottle that is readily available. Hence the reason quality is one of CBM's four Strategic Imperatives. CBM stands behind the quality of its products 100% and if there ever is an issue we replace the defective product immediately.
At CBM, quality is not just a concept we take for granted or a claim we slap on our boxes, it is paramount and takes precedence over all operational protocols. We never compromise the quality or integrity of our products and we take numerous measures to insure that a high level of quality is achieved and systematically measured.
CBM follows the strict protocols of standard military Level 1 AQL inspection. We have dedicated QC-QA administrators which are overseen by our Plant Manager to insure accuracy and consistency. We document all aspects of the manufacturing process, such as lot control, AQL Level 1 inspections of all products coming off the production line, equipment maintenance & repair, and inventory. Given we manufacture plastic packaging, we are not required to adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocol but we do incorporate many of these practices to support our quality initiatives.
In order to manufacture high quality bottles, we must use only the highest quality raw materials. At CBM, we only use the very best raw materials. All raw materials are inspected and certified by our suppliers and we provide this documentation for our customers.
